Digimarc reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 20, 2020.
In 2019, three Digimarc executives received on average a compensation package of $1.3M, a 7% increase compared to previous year.

Bruce Davis, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.5M in total, which increased by 10% compared to 2018. 66.44% of Davis' compensation, or $1.6M, was in option awards. Davis also received $769.8K in salary and $58.5K in other compensation.
Charles Beck, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $721.9K, which is about the same as previous year. 49.89% of the compensation package, or $360.2K, was in stock awards.
Joel Meyer, Executive Vice President, Intellectual Property, earned $655.5K in 2019, which is about the same as previous year.
