eGain reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on October 27, 2020.
In 2020, three eGain executives received on average a compensation package of $381K, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at eGain
Eric Smit, Chief Financial Officer, received $435K in total, which increased by 12% compared to 2019. 73% of Smit's compensation, or $319K, was in salary. Smit also received $90K in non-equity incentive plan, $21K in option awards, as well as $5.3K in other compensation.
Promod Narang, Senior Vice President of Products and Engineering, received a compensation package of $423K, which increased by 8% compared to previous year. 72% of the compensation package, or $306K, was in salary.
Ashutosh Roy, Chief Executive Officer, earned $287K in 2020, a 11% decrease compared to previous year.
eGain's fiscal year ends on June 30.
