FedEx reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on August 8, 2022.
In 2022, five FedEx executives received on average a compensation package of $5.4M, a 29% decrease compared to previous year.

Frederick W. Smith, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which decreased by 26% compared to 2021. 68% of Smith's compensation, or $7.2M, was in option awards. Smith also received $819K in non-equity incentive plan, $1.4M in salary, as well as $1.2M in other compensation.
Rajesh Subramaniam, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $5.2M, which decreased by 37% compared to previous year. 29% of the compensation package, or $1.5M, was in option awards.
Donald F. Colleran, Chief Executive Officer, earned $4M in 2022, a 32% decrease compared to previous year.
Michael C. Lenz, Chief Financial Officer, received $3.9M in 2022, which decreases by 13% compared to 2021.
Robert B. Carter, Executive Vice President, FedEx Information Services and Chief Information Officer, earned $3.5M in 2022, a 33% decrease compared to previous year.
FedEx's fiscal year ends on May 31.
