Peter G. Watson, Chief Executive Officer, received $10.2M in total, which increased by 122% compared to 2017. 46.93% of Watson's compensation, or $4.8M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Watson also received $1.6M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1M in salary, $2.7M in stock awards, as well as $12.6K in other compensation.
