Greif reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on January 11, 2019.

Peter G. Watson, Chief Executive Officer, received $10,187,093 in total, which increased by 122% compared to 2017. 46.93% of Watson's compensation, or $4,780,419, was in non-equity incentive plan. Watson also received $1,636,340 of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1,022,323 in salary, $2,735,452 in stock awards, as well as $12,559 in other compensation.
