Intricon reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 14, 2019.
In 2018, five Intricon executives received on average a compensation package of $589K, a 45% increase compared to previous year.
Mark S. Gorder, Chief Executive Officer, received $938K in total, which increased by 45% compared to 2017. 46% of Gorder's compensation, or $431K, was in salary. Gorder also received $223K in non-equity incentive plan, $243K in stock awards, as well as $41K in other compensation.
Scott Longval, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $520K, which increased by 45% compared to previous year. 49% of the compensation package, or $257K, was in salary.
Michael P. Geraci, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, earned $519K in 2018, a 45% increase compared to previous year.
Dennis L. Gonsior, Senior Vice President, Global Operations, received $495K in 2018, which increases by 45% compared to 2017.
Greg Gruenhagen, Vice President, Quality and Regulatory Affairs, earned $471K in 2018, a 46% increase compared to previous year.
