Intricon reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 16, 2020.
In 2019, four Intricon executives received on average a compensation package of $483K, a 18% decrease compared to previous year.
Mark S. Gorder, Chief Executive Officer, received $676K in total, which decreased by 28% compared to 2018. 66% of Gorder's compensation, or $443K, was in salary. Gorder also received $200K in stock awards and $33K in other compensation.
Scott Longval, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $440K, which decreased by 15% compared to previous year. 68% of the compensation package, or $300K, was in salary.
Michael P. Geraci, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, earned $417K in 2019, a 20% decrease compared to previous year.
Dennis L. Gonsior, Senior Vice President, Global Operations, received $399K in 2019, which decreases by 19% compared to 2018.
