In 2020, four Intricon executives received on average a compensation package of $728K, a 51% increase compared to previous year.
Mark S. Gorder, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.5M in total, which increased by 125% compared to 2019. 42% of Gorder's compensation, or $635K, was in stock awards. Gorder also received $297K in salary and $586K in other compensation.
Scott Longval, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $650K, which increased by 48% compared to previous year. 52% of the compensation package, or $338K, was in stock awards.
Michael P. Geraci, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, earned $382K in 2020, a 9% decrease compared to previous year.
Dennis L. Gonsior, Senior Vice President, Global Operations, received $363K in 2020, which decreases by 9% compared to 2019.
