ManTech International reports 2010 executive compensation

ManTech International reported fiscal year 2010 executive compensation information on April 1, 2011.
In 2010, six executives at ManTech International received on average a compensation package of $1.9M, a 39% decrease compared to previous year.

George J. Pedersen, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.3M in total, which increased by 15% compared to 2009. 52% of Pedersen's compensation, or $1.7M, was in salary. Pedersen also received $170K in bonus, $1.2M in non-equity incentive plan, as well as $185K in other compensation.
Lawrence B. Prior, III, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $1.8M, which decreased by 78% compared to previous year. 68% of the compensation package, or $1.3M, was in stock awards.
Kevin M. Phillips, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.8M in 2010, a 13% increase compared to previous year.
Louis M. Addeo, Group President, received $1.8M in 2010, which decreases by 14% compared to 2009.
Terrence M. Ryan, Group President, earned $1.4M in 2010.
L. William Varner, III, Group President, received $1.4M in 2010, which increases by 64% compared to 2009.
