NetApp reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on August 2, 2019.
In 2019, five NetApp executives received on average a compensation package of $6.4M, a 3% increase compared to previous year.

George Kurian, Chief Executive Officer, received $13M in total, which increased by 2% compared to 2018. 76% of Kurian's compensation, or $10M, was in stock awards. Kurian also received $2.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $925K in salary, as well as $11K in other compensation.
Henri P. Richard, Executive Vice President, Worldwide Field and Customer Operations, received a compensation package of $5.9M, which increased by 8% compared to previous year. 75% of the compensation package, or $4.4M, was in stock awards.
Ronald J. Pasek, Chief Financial Officer, earned $5.5M in 2019, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
Joel D. Reich, Executive Vice President and General Manager, NetApp Storage Systems and Software business unit, received $4.3M in 2019, which decreases by 3% compared to 2018.
Matthew K. Fawcett, General Counsel, earned $3.3M in 2019, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
NetApp's fiscal year ends on April 29.
