New Relic reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on July 7, 2020.
In 2020, five New Relic executives received on average a compensation package of $5.8M, a 78% increase compared to previous year.
Michael Christenson, Chief Operating Officer, received $11.1M in total. 48.77% of Christenson's compensation, or $5.4M, was in option awards. Christenson also received $53K in non-equity incentive plan, $200K in salary, $5.4M in stock awards, as well as $21.5K in other compensation.
