PDL BioPharma reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on July 7, 2020.
In 2019, five executives at PDL BioPharma received on average a compensation package of $2.8M, a 19% increase compared to previous year.
Dominique Monnet, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.7M in total, which increased by 168% compared to 2018. 57.04% of Monnet's compensation, or $3.8M, was in option awards. Jill Jene, Vice President, Business Development, received $1.2M in 2019, which increases by 61% compared to 2018.
Edward Imbrogno, Chief Financial Officer, earned $814.1K in 2019.
