CEO James Heppelmann receives $50M

PTC reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on January 23, 2019.

In 2018, seven PTC executives received on average a compensation package of $11,773,733, a 146% increase compared to previous year.

James Heppelmann, Chief Executive Officer, received $49,969,163 in total, which increased by 357% compared to 2017. 96.46% of Heppelmann's compensation, or $48,199,913, was in stock awards. Heppelmann also received $961,000 in non-equity incentive plan, $800,000 in salary, as well as $8,250 in other compensation.

Andrew Miller, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $13,259,511, which increased by 273% compared to previous year. 94.27% of the compensation package, or $12,499,911, was in stock awards.

Anthony DiBona, Former EVP, Focused Solutions, earned $6,502,114 in 2018, a 144% increase compared to previous year.

Matthew Cohen, EVP, Field Operations, received $3,688,580 in 2018.

Craig Hayman, Chief Operating Officer, earned $3,355,050 in 2018, a 31% decrease compared to previous year.

Barry Cohen, EVP, Chief Strategy Officer, received $3,259,511 in 2018, which decreases by 8% compared to 2017.

Kathleen Mitford, EVP, Products, earned $2,382,200 in 2018.

PTC's fiscal year ends on September 30.
