Michael L. Baur, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.5M in total, which increased by 9% compared to 2017. 33.61% of Baur's compensation, or $1.5M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Baur also received $563.6K in option awards, $875K in salary, $1.2M in stock awards, as well as $293.9K in other compensation.

Gerald Lyons, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $933.1K, which increased by 60% compared to previous year. 36.27% of the compensation package, or $338.5K, was in salary.
