Switch reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 26, 2019.
In 2018, three Switch executives received on average a compensation package of $4.9M, a 86% decrease compared to previous year.

Rob Roy, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.2M in total, which decreased by 91% compared to 2017. 46% of Roy's compensation, or $3.8M, was in stock awards. Roy also received $974K in non-equity incentive plan, $2.4M in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $42K in other compensation.
Thomas Morton, Chief Legal Officer, received a compensation package of $4M, which decreased by 66% compared to previous year. 45% of the compensation package, or $1.8M, was in stock awards.
Gabe Nacht, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.4M in 2018, a 56% increase compared to previous year.
