VeriSign reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 10, 2020.
In 2019, four VeriSign executives received on average a compensation package of $4.6M, which is about the same as previous year.

D. James Bidzos, Chief Executive Officer, received $9M in total, which decreased by 2% compared to 2018. 78% of Bidzos' compensation, or $7M, was in stock awards. Bidzos also received $1.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $925K in salary, as well as $720 in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2019, the median employee pay was $180,475 at VeriSign. Therefore, the ratio of D. James Bidzos' pay to the median employee pay was 50 to one.
Todd B. Strubbe, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $3.8M, which increased by 1% compared to previous year. 72% of the compensation package, or $2.8M, was in stock awards.
George E. Kilguss, III, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.2M in 2019, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
Thomas C. Indelicarto, General Counsel, received $2.2M in 2019, which decreases by 2% compared to 2018.
