EVERTEC reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 8, 2020.
In 2019, five EVERTEC executives received on average a compensation package of $1.8M, a 22% increase compared to previous year.
Morgan M. Schuessler, Jr, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.6M in total, which decreased by 3% compared to 2018. 66% of Schuessler's compensation, or $3M, was in stock awards. Schuessler also received $21K in bonus, $798K in non-equity incentive plan, $700K in salary, as well as $33K in other compensation.
Joaquín A. Castrillo, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.2M, which increased by 201% compared to previous year. 49% of the compensation package, or $600K, was in stock awards.
Miguel Vizcarrondo, Executive Vice President and Head of Payment Services, Puerto Rico & Caribbean, Business Solutions and Merchant Acquiring, earned $1.2M in 2019, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
Guillermo Rospigliosi, Executive Vice President and Chief Product & Innovation Officer, received $1.1M in 2019, which increases by 70% compared to 2018.
Philip E. Steurer, Chief Operating Officer, earned $1.1M in 2019, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
