Intel reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 2, 2019.
In 2018, five Intel executives received on average a compensation package of $14.9M, a 4% decrease compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at Intel
Brian M. Krzanich, Chief Executive Officer, received $18.1M in total, which decreased by 16% compared to 2017. 84.84% of Krzanich's compensation, or $15.3M, was in stock awards. Krzanich also received $42K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $57.2K in non-equity incentive plan, $694K in salary, as well as $1.9M in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2018, the median employee pay was $106,900 at Intel. Therefore, the ratio of Brian M. Krzanich's pay to the median employee pay was 169 to one.
Robert H. Swan, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $16.7M, which increased by 50% compared to previous year. 65.23% of the compensation package, or $10.9M, was in stock awards.
Steven R. Rodgers, General Counsel, earned $16.2M in 2018.
Venkata Murthy Renduchintala, Group President, received $13.1M in 2018, which decreases by 5% compared to 2017.
Navin Shenoy, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Data Center Group, earned $10.4M in 2018, a 32% decrease compared to previous year.
Intel's fiscal year ends on December 28.
