KLA-Tencor reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on September 28, 2018.
In 2018, five KLA-Tencor executives received on average a compensation package of $5.1M, a 20% decrease compared to previous year.

Teri A. Little, Chief Legal Officer, earned $1.8M in 2018.
