Loop Industries reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on May 4, 2020.
In 2020, four executives at Loop Industries received on average a compensation package of $1.3M, a 49% increase compared to previous year.
Daniel Solomita, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.8M in total, which increased by 366% compared to 2019. 84% of Solomita's compensation, or $3.2M, was in stock awards. Solomita also received $124K in non-equity incentive plan, $452K in salary, as well as $12K in other compensation.
Nelson Gentiletti, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $732K, which decreased by 66% compared to previous year. 55% of the compensation package, or $404K, was in salary.
Nelson Switzer, Chief Growth Officer, earned $342K in 2020, a 58% decrease compared to previous year.
Michel Megelas, Chief Legal Officer, received $153K in 2020.
Loop Industries' fiscal year ends on February 28.
