NVR reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 15, 2019.
In 2018, five NVR executives received on average a compensation package of $17M, a 1,042% increase compared to previous year.

Robert W. Henley, President, NVR Mortgage, received $11M in 2018, which increases by 1027% compared to 2017.
Eugene J. Bredow, Chief Administrative Officer, earned $10M in 2018, a 1313% increase compared to previous year.
