Insperity reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 15, 2019.
In 2018, five Insperity executives received on average a compensation package of $3.3M, a 15% increase compared to previous year.

Paul J. Sarvadi, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.2M in total, which increased by 31% compared to 2017. 59% of Sarvadi's compensation, or $4.2M, was in stock awards. Sarvadi also received $1.9M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $27K in other compensation.
