Insperity reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 15, 2020.
In 2019, five Insperity executives received on average a compensation package of $3.4M, which is about the same as previous year.

Paul J. Sarvadi, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.4M in total, which increased by 2% compared to 2018. 73% of Sarvadi's compensation, or $5.3M, was in stock awards. Sarvadi also received $926K in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in salary, as well as $41K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2019, the median employee pay was $83,052 at Insperity. Therefore, the ratio of Paul J. Sarvadi's pay to the median employee pay was 89 to one.
